Common questions

Money, Quotes and Offers

Do you charge a call-out fee?

No. The call-out is $0 on every job, whether it's the middle of the day or the middle of the night, and whether or not you go ahead with the repair.

Why isn't the lowest price your main focus?

Because the lowest number on a page rarely tells you what you'll actually pay. We'd rather quote an honest fixed price for the work in front of us and stand behind it with a lifetime labour warranty than chase a headline figure that changes once the job starts.

Is the quote really free?

Yes. We look at the job and give you a free written quote before anything happens, whether you go ahead or not.

What does the $65 off your first service cover?

It's $65 off the cost of your first job with us, applied automatically when you book. There's no separate code and no catch attached to it.

Common questions

Licensing, Insurance and Responsibility

Can you check my licence number?

Yes, we work under NSW plumbing Lic #465156C. It's a genuine, current licence, not just a number printed on a page.

Are your plumbers qualified to work on gas?

Yes, our licensed gas fitters handle gas work specifically, separate from general plumbing licensing, and every gas job is carried out to that standard.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes to both. Licensed plumbers and gas fitters on every job, and fully insured for the work we carry out.

Who is responsible for a blocked sewer, me or the water utility?

It depends where the blockage sits. The section running from your property up to the network connection is yours to fix, while a fault beyond that belongs to the water utility, and we're upfront about which one applies before quoting anything.

Common questions

How Fast We Get to You

What counts as a plumbing emergency?

Water spreading somewhere it shouldn't, a fixture that won't stop overflowing, no hot water for the whole house, or any smell of gas. If you're not sure, call and describe it, and we'll give you a straight answer.

How fast can you get here?

Most jobs get same-day attention. The person who answers works out honestly how soon we can get someone to your door.

How do I book?

Call (02) 9139 9963 directly, or fill in the callback form on the contact page and we'll ring you to confirm the details.

What happens after I call?

We talk through what's going on, work out how urgent it is, and get a plumber moving. The number gets agreed on site, before any work begins.

Common questions

The Beaumont Hills Questions

Do you cover the suburbs next to Beaumont Hills?

Yes, Kellyville, Rouse Hill, Castle Hill, Stanhope Gardens and The Ponds are all part of our regular coverage, not a special trip.

Do you take on local new builds and renovation work?

We do. Beaumont Hills is a young suburb, mostly built out since the early 2000s, so plenty of what we see is builder-grade fittings from a first fit-out rather than genuinely old plumbing. Townhouse renovations near the village centre are a regular part of the mix too, alongside the reactive shale clay underfoot, which shifts through wet and dry cycles and stresses buried pipework regardless of how new it is.

How local are you, really?

Beaumont Hills and the surrounding Hills Shire streets are ground we cover every week, not occasionally. It's our home turf, not a suburb we stretch to reach. The Beaumont Hills Community Centre on the corner of Arnold Janssen Drive and The Parkway, and Beaumont Hills Public School further along the same road, are places we drive past routinely, not spots we need a map to find.

Do you handle strata and units in Beaumont Hills?

Yes. Townhouse pockets near the village centre come up regularly, and we can tell you whether a fault is your responsibility or a matter for the strata's plumber.
